Wade McNair
Managing Partner
Wade McNair is a sought-after leader to turnaround teams and drive results. My sole mission is helping leaders do the things they aspire toward.
“My job is to harness the capabilities you have, uncover specific gaps you need to address, and align your teams toward a purpose. We will unlock value along that journey.”
My father Allen McNair was a businessman and entrepreneur. He started several companies including one he asked me to run in my early twenties. My dad once said, “influencing people is easier when they see you on the shop floor with them.” I learned why I need to serve people in order to create change and I bring that mindset into every client engagement.
My great-grandmother, Melnea Cass, was a community leader in Boston. She worked to help people in need and to equip them to help themselves. The legacy of her efforts are improved lives and an empowered community. She passed when I was young, but left a mark on me personally to this day. One of her favorite quotes was, “if you can’t do great things, do small things in a great way.”
I started Allen+Cass to carry on my family’s legacy. I love helping people accomplish the goals they set for themselves. That’s the objective of Allen+Cass: demonstrating your outcomes.
What is your possible?

Yes, I bring over 20 years of experience driving data-related transformation. Yes, I can specifically speak to how I created millions in business value for organizations. Yes, I have deep, hands-on experience across the fields of analytics, AI/ ML/ BI, data privacy, data governance, and emerging tech. What matters to me is: understanding your objectives and being “on the shop floor” with you to demonstrate how to get there.
